Description
A Home Sweet Home piece in layered relief — a small house, a script line, and a shadow that does half the work.
Layered relief means the lettering and the house sit proud of the back plate at different depths, so in side light every element throws its own shadow and the whole thing gains depth a flat sign never has. It stands on a shelf or mounts on a wall, and it is deliberately small — the sentiment does not need to be shouted.
What makes it worth it
- Layered relief at several depths, so every element casts its own shadow
- Stands on a shelf or mounts flat on a wall
- Script lettering printed cleanly enough to read at a glance
- Small by design — it reads as a detail, not a slogan
- Flat back and flat base, so it works either way up against a wall
- Any colour we stock, or two tones for plate and lettering
Made for
- Entryways, mantels and hallway shelves
- Housewarming and first-home gifts
- Rentals, where a shelf-standing piece beats a fixing
- Gifting alongside something else, as the note
A contrasting plate and lettering — cream on black, or black on oak — makes the relief read from across the room instead of only up close.
Printed to order in Canada
Every Compl3x piece is printed and finished by hand in our own Canadian workshop after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is mass-produced. Colour options and custom sizing are a conversation, not a no — just ask.
Care
Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight, which can dull the finish over time.
