Shipping Policy
How long things take, what they cost, and what happens when a parcel goes astray.
Last updated 13 September 2026
1. Where we ship
Across Canada, to every province and territory, and to the United States. Everything is made and posted from Saskatchewan.
2. How long it takes
Because each piece is printed after you order, there are two parts to the wait: production, then transit.
| Stage | Time |
|---|---|
| Production and dispatch | 1–2 business days |
| Transit — Ontario and Quebec | 2–3 business days |
| Transit — Prairies and British Columbia | 3–5 business days |
| Transit — Atlantic Canada | 4–6 business days |
| Transit — Northern Canada and the territories | Longer, and weather dependent |
| Transit — United States | 5–10 business days, plus customs clearance |
These are estimates based on what carriers actually deliver, not best cases. Large or multi-item orders may take an extra day or two to produce. If a date matters, ask us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
3. What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and the weight of the order, and is shown before you pay. Orders over $200 before tax ship free within Canada.
4. Tax, duty and customs
Canadian orders are domestic: sales tax is added at checkout and there is no duty, customs charge or brokerage fee waiting at the door. For orders to the United States, any import duty, tax or brokerage is set by the destination country, is charged by the carrier or customs on arrival, and is the recipient’s responsibility.
5. Tracking
You get a tracking number by email when the order ships. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us — we would rather look into it early than have you wait.
6. When something goes wrong
Risk stays with us until the parcel reaches the address you gave. If an order is lost, damaged in transit or marked delivered but is not there, we reprint or refund. We deal with the carrier, not you. The process is in the Refund and Returns Policy.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the parcel returns to us, we will reship once you confirm the correct one and may ask you to cover the extra postage.
If we have not delivered within 30 days of the date we gave you, you may cancel for a full refund. That is a right under Canadian consumer protection legislation and it stands regardless of anything else on this page.
