A knob, a bracket, a clip, a holder for a piece of equipment that was discontinued a decade ago – printing one is usually faster and cheaper than chasing an original that no longer exists. If you have something like that, photograph it beside a ruler and send it over.
Honest timelines
Whitehorse, Yellowknife and Iqaluit all depend on the air schedule in a given week, so we quote a window instead of a date and tell you if it moves. Typically it lands somewhere between one and two and a half weeks after dispatch. If you need something by a specific date, say so before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.

Printed pieces travel well – they do not chip like ceramic or dent like thin metal, and cold in transit does them no harm. That makes them a better bet over a long shipping route than most of the alternatives.
