Treat it as food-adjacent rather than food-safe. It is excellent for dry storage, serving stands and organisation, and not the right choice for anything that touches raw food or goes in a dishwasher.

How much heat will it take?

Comfortably warm, not hot. A warm serving dish is fine; a pan straight off the hob is not.

What colour will it arrive in?

The colour shown in the photographs on the product page. Custom colours are available on request as a custom run.

Can I order a larger quantity?

Yes. There is no minimum, bulk pricing applies automatically, and larger runs get a confirmed lead time before you commit.

Description

For sachets and packets rather than jars — the loose paper bundle that lives in every kitchen drawer.

Sachets don’t stand up and don’t stack, so they migrate to the bottom of a drawer and expire there. This holds them upright in a 135mm-wide file, packet edges visible, so you can flick through them like index cards.

What makes it worth it

Sized at 135mm for standard spice and seasoning sachets
Holds packets upright and readable
Flick-through filing rather than digging
Fits inside a standard kitchen drawer
Keeps part-used packets from spilling

Made for

Sachet and packet seasonings
Kitchen drawers and pantry bins
Meal-kit and recipe-mix users
Anyone whose packets have gone feral

Jars get all the organisers. Packets have needed one for a long time.

Printed to order in Canada

Every Compl3x piece is printed and finished by hand in our own Canadian workshop after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is mass-produced. Colour options and custom sizing are a conversation, not a no — just ask.

Care

Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight, which can dull the finish over time.

Made to order, in Canada

This piece is not sitting in a warehouse. It is produced in our own studio after you order it, in the colour shown in the photographs on this page, then finished and checked by hand before it is boxed. Custom colours are possible on request - ask us before ordering and we will tell you what we can do.

Because nothing is mass-produced in advance, quantity is not a problem. One piece and twenty pieces are the same conversation, and bulk pricing applies automatically as the number goes up.

Living with it

Hand wash in warm - not hot - water with mild soap and a soft cloth. Skip the dishwasher entirely; the heat is the problem rather than the water. Abrasive pads will dull a matte finish.

This is designed for dry use, serving and organisation. It is not intended for cutting on, for hot pans straight off the element, or for holding hot liquid. Treat it the way you would treat a cork trivet rather than a metal one.

Delivery and returns

Dispatched within one to two business days. From there it is two to three days to Ontario and Quebec, three to five to the Prairies and BC, four to six to Atlantic Canada, and longer to the territories. Delivery times for your province.

Free shipping on orders over $200. Below that it is a flat rate we do not pad, and there is never duty or a brokerage fee, because nothing crosses a border to reach you. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will reprint it.
