Description

Stylish Catchall Tray – Jewelry Tray

A Compl3x original, made to order. The Stylish Catchall Tray – Jewelry Tray is a surface that protects the surface underneath it. It is designed, engineered and manufactured by Compl3x in Canada — made when you order it, finished by hand, and inspected before it is packed.

What it is for

It catches the everyday mess — keys, rings, cups, small parts — before it spreads across a table or a worktop. The lip is deep enough to keep things in without making the piece look heavy.

Why people buy it

  • Catches the everyday mess before it spreads
  • Protects the surface underneath
  • Lip deep enough to hold contents in place
  • Wipes clean in seconds
  • Made to order in the colour shown, with custom colours available on request

How it is made

Every Stylish Catchall Tray – Jewelry Tray is produced in our own facility using additive manufacturing rather than being ordered in from a warehouse. That changes three things. We can hold quality consistent because nothing leaves without being looked at. We can improve a design the week we notice it could be better, instead of waiting out a mould. And we can build geometry — internal structure, continuous curves, one-piece moving parts — that injection moulding and machining simply cannot produce at this scale.

It also means we are not guessing at demand. Nothing sits in a container for six months, and nothing is over-produced to hit a minimum order quantity. If you want a variation on this piece, that is a conversation rather than a tooling bill — see our custom manufacturing services.

Finish, care and colour

Pieces ship in the colour shown unless you arrange otherwise. Clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth; skip the dishwasher, solvents and abrasive pads, and keep any printed piece out of prolonged direct sun or a hot car, which is hard on every polymer. Looked after, it will outlast the moulded version of the same thing.

Ordering, shipping and returns

Orders ship across Canada and the United States, with tracking on every parcel. Because each piece is produced to order there is a short production window before dispatch rather than same-day picking from a shelf — most orders leave within a few business days. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact the studio and we will make it right. Full terms are on our shipping page and returns page.

Questions

Is it food safe?

Printed pieces are not certified for direct food contact. Use it for dry, packaged or non-food items, or place food on a plate or liner.

Will hot cups mark it?

Very hot items can mark any printed surface. A cork or felt liner solves it, and we can include one on request.

Can I get a set?

Yes — sets and matching sizes are straightforward to produce to order.

Made to order, in Canada

This piece is not sitting in a warehouse. It is produced in our own studio after you order it, in the colour shown in the photographs on this page, then finished and checked by hand before it is boxed. Custom colours are possible on request - ask us before ordering and we will tell you what we can do.

Because nothing is mass-produced in advance, quantity is not a problem. One piece and twenty pieces are the same conversation, and bulk pricing applies automatically as the number goes up.

Living with it

Dust with a soft brush or a dry cloth; compressed air clears detailed recesses quickly. Avoid solvent cleaners. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun, which fades colour over months, and out of a closed car in summer, which is the one environment that will genuinely damage it.

Check the dimensions before you buy. Photographs flatten scale badly and a piece that reads as a floor object on screen is often a tabletop one. Side light brings out the surface relief far better than flat overhead lighting.

Delivery and returns

Dispatched within one to two business days. From there it is two to three days to Ontario and Quebec, three to five to the Prairies and BC, four to six to Atlantic Canada, and longer to the territories. Delivery times for your province.

Free shipping on orders over $200. Below that it is a flat rate we do not pad, and there is never duty or a brokerage fee, because nothing crosses a border to reach you. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will reprint it.

Questions about this piece

How detailed is it in person?
Fine detail reproduces well, and the layer structure gives the surface a subtle texture you can see up close. Every photograph on this page is the real object rather than a render.
Can I get it in a different size?
Often. Scaling changes the print time and therefore the price, so ask and we will quote the size you want.
What colour will it arrive in?
The colour shown in the photographs on this page. Every image is the real object rather than a render. If you want a shade we do not list, message us before ordering and we will quote it as a custom run.
Can I order a larger quantity?
Yes, and there is no minimum or maximum. Bulk pricing applies automatically, and for a larger run we will confirm a firm lead time before you commit.
